Privacy Policy

SignalStack is run by Black Point Margins (“we”). This policy covers the people who use the site and buy lead packs, and the property owners whose public records appear in them.
What we collect from you
- Your account: name, email, phone if you give it, whether you wholesale or buy, your markets and your saved buy box.
- Your orders: which packs you ordered or bought, when, what they cost, and the leads in them, so you never get the same lead twice.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Basic logs: the pages you open and the device and browser you use, kept to run and secure the site.
How we use it
- To build and deliver your packs and your 5-lead preview.
- To email you your packs, receipts and, if you ask for them, market launch notices. Every optional email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the site secure and fix problems.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising trackers. The site sets only the cookies it needs to keep you signed in.
Who else handles it
Our service providers, only to run SignalStack: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email). We share information with others only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
While your account is open, and afterwards only as long as tax and accounting rules require. Delete your account and we delete the rest.
Your choices
You can see, correct, export or delete your information at any time. Email team@blackpointmargins.com from the address on your account. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have these rights by law; we give them to everyone.
The buyer list
If you join the buyer list we keep your buy box, your contact details and a record of the consent you gave (what you agreed to and when). We email you deals that fit, and text you only if you ticked the box for texts. Reply STOP to any text or use the unsubscribe link in any email, and we stop.
Market requests
When you request a market we keep your email, the market and when you asked, and email you when it opens.
Property owners
Leads come mostly from public records: county auditors, code enforcement, vacancy registries and tax records. If you own a property and want it left out of future packs, email team@blackpointmargins.com with the address and we will remove it.
Children
SignalStack is for adults buying real estate. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date above and email account holders about anything important. Questions: contact us.
