Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Black Point Margins, which runs SignalStack. By creating an account or buying a pack you accept them.

Your account

You must be 18 or older and give accurate details. Keep your sign-in private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Each account gets one free 5-lead preview.

What you buy

  • A pack is a one-time purchase of 100, 250 or 500 leads in the area you choose, at the price shown on Pricing. If fewer match, you pay that pack's per-lead rate for the leads delivered.
  • There is no subscription. You are charged only for what you order.
  • Leads are not exclusive. Each lead goes to a small number of buyers at most, the number shown on Pricing, and then no one else.
  • You never receive a lead you have already bought from us.
  • A market we already cover is delivered the moment you pay. A market we are still building is delivered within 7 days: we save your card and charge it only on delivery, for the leads delivered. If it isn't delivered in 7 days, the order is cancelled and nothing is charged.
  • While payments are opening, an order is saved and its price held, with nothing charged. We email you a payment link; the pack is delivered when you pay, and you can ignore the link to cancel.
  • Founding-buyer discounts apply to the first pack only, while places last, and are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • New Signal Drops are optional. If you turn them on, we offer you new matching leads each week at the price shown, and charge only for the drops you approve.

What the leads are, and aren't

Leads are compiled mostly from public records and ordered by the signals we find. Value ranges and area rents are estimates, not appraisals. Records can be out of date or wrong. We don't promise that any owner wants to sell, that any deal will close, or any profit.

How you may use them

  • Use the leads for your own real estate business. Don't resell, publish or share them as a list.
  • You are responsible for following every law that applies when you contact owners, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the National Do Not Call Registry, state do-not-call and texting rules, and mail and wholesaling laws in your state.
  • Don't use the leads to harass anyone, or for any purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (credit, insurance, employment or tenant screening).

Refunds

Because leads are delivered as soon as you pay, delivered leads are not refundable. Any lead we charged for and couldn't deliver is refunded. If a pack failed to deliver or doesn't match the buy box you saved, email team@blackpointmargins.com within 7 days and we will make it right.

Files

The mail-house and skip-trace upload files that come with a pack hold owner names and mailing addresses. Check that your calls, texts and letters follow the law where you and the owner are.

Limits on our liability

SignalStack is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, including misuse of leads or contact laws.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

If these terms change, we update the date above and email account holders before the change applies to new orders. Questions: contact us.
